Thank you for attending the Surgery Grand Rounds. The purpose of this website is to allow physicians and healthcare professionals who attended the Surgery Grand Rounds to claim credit and receive their CME/CEU certificate online.
This site will be available quarterly for sessions:
From January to March, complete evaluation between April 1 - 30th.
From April to June, complete evaluation between July 1 - 31st.
From July to September, complete evaluation between October 1 - 30th.
From October to December, complete evaluation between January 1 - 31st.
Note: To receive CME credit you must register to this site and complete the Conference Evaluation.
How to Claim Credit:
1. To claim credit, click on the Register button in the Activities box.
2. Complete the Site Registration Form, which will provide you access to the Conference Evaluation.
3. Create your log in and password for future lecture evaluations.
4. Complete the Evaluation by clicking on the evaluation link located on the right hand side of your screen under Step 3 Assessments.
5. Upon completion of the Conference Evaluation, your CME Certificate will be generated in PDF format located under Step 4 Certificates.
6. Click on the certificate link to view and print your certificate.
